Ceremonial Cacao refers to a premium grade, pure cacao that is ethically sourced from small family farms practicing regenerative agroforestry.

Ceremonial cacao is made from a single ingredient, whole cacao beans, with nothing added or removed. The cacao is minimally processed and crafted specifically for ceremony, as you, the person drinking the cacao, closes the circle of reciprocity with your relationship and desire for connection with cacao and its wisdom.

I use a ceremonial grade cacao that comes from a 100% Mayan owned, all indigenous women’s collective producing artisanal Guatemalan grown ceremonial Cacao.

It is an ancient and natural plant-based medicine, which opens our heart space and deepens our experience.

Paired with meditation, your group will be taken on a deep mindful journey inward, back to the core and sense of self.

A shamanic sound journey is a guided, meditative experience using intentional, rhythmic sounds, such as drums, rattles, and singing bowls, to induce a trance-like state for relaxation, self-exploration, and emotional release. It acts as a bridge to inner landscapes, allowing participants to connect with their subconscious or spiritual guides to find clarity and healing.
