HOW TO COME PREPARED
Light stomach!
No experience needed. Just an open heart and mind, you own hearts intention and an inner state of trust and willingness to surrender.
Optional: Something to offer to the altar, wether for leaving in the altar or for charging with energy and taking back home with you.
